UNPKFC had the honor of hosting Most Venerates Urulewatte Dhammarakkhita Nayake Thero, Senior Member of the Sangha Supreme Council, Asgiriya Chapter, Siamopali Maha Nikaya, Asgiri Maha Vihara, Kandy. Abbot of the Mahiyangana Raja Maha Vihara, Mahiyangana, and his team at the UNPKFC headquarters, this is to strengthen our commitment towards contributing to Peace across border’s regardless of religious affiliation we hope to promote peace knowing fully well there’s humanity in all of us. we also discuss on the prospect for a global religious leadership summit in the nearest future.
it was an atmosphere filled with Love, and care. the venerates were also given an award of achievement for their relentless efforts in established peace and love among all people.
United under the umbrella of sustainable development goals 4, education, 16 peace, justice and strong institution and 17 partnership for the goals, we hope that by planting seeds of Love across all religions affiliations we shall archive a future that is devoid of crisis and bitterness.
