The United Peace Keepers Federal Council held a preparatory meeting for the upcoming Global Leadership Summit2024 under the theme “Fit for the Future: Building Better Together”, at the Boriphat Meeting Room, Royal Thai Air Force. The meeting was led by Dr. Aphinita Chaichana, Global President of the United Peace Keepers Federal Council and Global Chairman for Southeast Asia of the United Nations Association of Coachella Valley, California, USA Chapter (UNA-USA), Miss. Rangsima Thongpunchung UNPKFC Country Director for Thailand-HQ, along with the Board of Directors and members.

The meeting focused on preparation and coordination in various areas to ensure the smooth running of the summit, which will take place on November 24-25, 2024, at the Royal Thai Air Force. Such a high-level event requires meticulous planning and excellent coordination. The upcoming summit will serve as a key opportunity for dialogue and collaboration at the global level, bringing together countries to address the many challenges that the world is currently facing.

The United Peace Keepers Federal Council (UNPKFC), in partnership with the United Nations Association of Coachella Valley, California, USA Chapter (UNA-USA), the Royal Society of St. George, California Branch, by the Royal Permission of His Majesty King Charles II of England, UNA-Germany, and various volunteer networks, are the joint organizers of the Global Leadership Summit 2024 (GLS2024). The preparatory meeting was conducted smoothly and successfully, achieving its primary objective. The agenda for the preparatory meeting included the following:

1. Coordination and Strategic Planning

Setting the framework for the high-level summit and establishing clear implementation plans to achieve the objectives of the summit.

Prioritizing key issues to be discussed at the summit and identifying efficient methods for handling the topics.

2. Setting the Agenda

Reviewing the key topics that world leaders will present, including climate change, economic security threats, public health security, and technological development.

Drafting the plan for international discussions, including grouping participants and defining subtopics for each group to address.

3. Logistics Preparation

Preparing the venue and equipment for the summit, including technology needs (e.g., live streaming, sound systems, video conferencing) and meeting materials.

Arranging security and transportation logistics for leaders and attendees, ensuring smooth coordination for their arrival and participation.

4. Security Arrangements

Planning for tight security measures, given the importance of the summit and the participation of leaders from multiple countries.

Collaborating with relevant agencies, including the military, police, and security forces, to establish a comprehensive security protocol for all phases of the event.

5. Diplomatic Coordination
