On Monday, March 10, 2025, at 1:00 PM, in Special Reception Room 205, 2nd Floor of the Parliament Building, H.E.Dr.Pichet Chuamuangphan, the First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, welcomed Dr. Apinita Chaichana, President of the United Peace Keepers Federal Council (UNPKFC) and President for the Southeast Asia region of the United Nations Association of Coachella Valley, California, USA (UNA-USA), along with Ms. Rangsima ThongpunChung, Country Director of UNPKFC for Thailand, and their delegation. Other attendees included Ms. Wisaradee Techathirawat, Member of the House of Representatives, Ms. Pitcha Cheua Muang Phan, Honorary Advisor to the First Deputy Speaker, Mr. Noppadon Kaewsupat, Secretary to the First Deputy Speaker, Ms. Buntarika Chumhananth, Foreign Affairs Advisor, Police Lieutenant Sirichai Tulayasuk, members of the First Deputy Speaker’s team, and Mr. Apol Nantapong, Director of the International Relations Office.
The two parties discussed the organization of the 2025 International Women’s Day (IWD2025). The First Deputy Speaker attended the event on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at Siam Fantasy, Asiatique Riverfront, where awards were presented to women who played significant roles in driving change in society, economy, and culture. The awards recognized women for their outstanding contributions in various fields and their influence in transforming the world and society.
During the meeting, the President of UNPKFC expressed gratitude to the First Deputy Speaker for the warm welcome and spoke about the presentation of the 2025 International Women’s Day awards. Ms. Pitcha Chuamuangphan,
Honorary Advisor to the First Deputy Speaker, was awarded the “Future Woman Leader” award for her significant contributions to the development of education quality in Thailand.
The two sides also discussed the implementation of Thailand’s new equal marriage law, which UNPKFC praised for its focus on gender equality and minority rights, with an emphasis on protecting children’s rights and enforcing strict legal penalties for those who violate children’s rights.
The United Peace Keepers Federal Council (UNPKFC) is an international non-profit organization (NGO) that focuses on collaborating with various organizations to support the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). The organization prioritizes peace, justice, equality, and peaceful coexistence at the global level. UNPKFC is headquartered in Thailand and works with the Thai government and the United Nations.
UNPKFC looks forward to future collaboration with the Thai Parliament to create positive global change, jointly supporting equality and sustainable development in all aspects.

เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 10 มีนาคม 2568 เวลา 13.00 น. ณ ห้องรับรองพิเศษ 205 ชั้น 2 อาคารรัฐสภา นายพิเชษฐ์ เชื้อเมืองพาน รองประธานสภาผู้แทนราษฎร คนที่หนึ่ง ได้ให้การต้อนรับ ดร.อภินิตา ไชยชนะ ประธานสภาสหพันธ์รักษาสันติภาพ (UNPKFC) และประธานระดับโลก ประจำภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ สมาคมสหประชาชาติ โคเชลลา แวลลีย มลรัฐแคลิฟอร์เนีย สหรัฐอเมริกา (UNA-USA) พร้อมด้วย นางสาวรังษิมา ทองพันชั่ง ผู้อำนวยการสภาสหพันธ์รักษาสันติภาพ ประจำประเทศไทย และคณะ โดยมี นางสาววิสาระดี เตชะธีราวัฒน์ สมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร นางสาวพิชชา เชื้อเมืองพาน ที่ปรึกษากิตติมศักดิ์ รองประธานสภาผู้แทนราษฎร คนที่หนึ่ง นายนพดล แก้วสุพัฒน์ เลขานุการรองประธานสภาผู้แทนราษฎร คนที่หนึ่ง นางบุณฑริกา ชุญหะนันทน์ ที่ปรึกษาด้านต่างประเทศ ร้อยตำรวจตรี สิริชัย ตุลยสุข คณะทำงานของรองประธานสภาผู้แทนราษฎร คนที่หนึ่ง และนายอาพล นันทขว้าง ผู้อำนวยการสำนักความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ
ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้หารือเกี่ยวกับการจัดงานวันสตรีสากล ประจำปี 2568 โดยรองประธานสภาผู้แทนราษฎร คนที่หนึ่ง ได้เข้าร่วมงานดังกล่าวเมื่อวันอาทิตย์ที่ 9 มีนาคม 2568 ณ สยามแฟนตาซี เอเชียทีค ริเวอร์ฟร้อนท์ ซึ่งภายในงานได้มีการมอบรางวัลสตรีสากล ประจำปี 2568 ให้แก่สตรีที่มีบทบาทสำคัญในการสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงในสังคม เศรษฐกิจ และวัฒนธรรม โดยคัดเลือกสตรีที่มีผลงานโดดเด่นในด้านต่าง ๆ และมีอิทธิพลในการเปลี่ยนแปลงโลกและสังคม
ในการนี้ ประธานสภาสหพันธ์รักษาสันติภาพ (UNPKFC) ได้กล่าวขอบคุณรองประธานสภาผู้แทนราษฎร คนที่หนึ่ง ที่ให้การต้อนรับและกล่าวถึงการมอบรางวัลสตรีสากล ประจำปี 2568 ซึ่งในส่วนของรัฐสภาได้คัดเลือก นางสาวพิชชา เชื้อเมืองพาน ที่ปรึกษากิตติมศักดิ์ รองประธานสภาผู้แทนราษฎร คนที่หนึ่ง เป็นผู้ได้รับรางวัล “สตรีผู้นำแห่งอนาคต” เนื่องจากมีบทบาทสำคัญในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาในประเทศไทย
ทั้งสองฝ่ายยังได้หารือถึงการประกาศใช้กฎหมายสมรสเท่าเทียมของไทย ซึ่ง UNPKFC ได้แสดงความชื่นชมที่ไทยให้ความสำคัญกับความเสมอภาคทางเพศและสิทธิของชนกลุ่มน้อย โดยเน้นการรักษาสิทธิของเด็กและมีการบังคับใช้บทลงโทษทางกฎหมายที่รุนแรงต่อผู้ที่ละเมิดสิทธิของเด็ก
สภาสหพันธ์รักษาสันติภาพ (UNPKFC) เป็นองค์กรการกุศลระหว่างประเทศที่ไม่แสวงหาผลกำไร (NGO) ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นการทำงานร่วมกับองค์กรต่าง ๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนเป้าหมายการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนของสหประชาชาติ (UN SDGs) โดยเน้นในเรื่องของสันติภาพ ความยุติธรรม ความเสมอภาค และการอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างสันติในระดับโลก โดยมีสำนักงานใหญ่อยู่ที่ประเทศไทย และทำงานร่วมกับรัฐบาลไทยและสหประชาชาติ
UNPKFC มุ่งหวังที่จะร่วมมือกับรัฐสภาไทยในอนาคตเพื่อสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงในทางที่ดีในระดับโลก โดยสนับสนุนความเสมอภาคและการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนในทุกมิติ
