On March 23, 2025, at 12:30 PM, the United Peace Keepers Federal Council (UNPKFC), led by Dr. Aphinita Chaichana, Global President of UNPKFC, chaired the meeting, with Ms. Rangsima Thongpunchung, Country Director of UNPKFC for Thailand, international representatives, and the council’s committee and members in attendance.
Dr. Aphinita Chaichana distributed key responsibilities to the committee and members, assigning tasks to each individual to plan and manage the project effectively, especially for the “Year of Sustainable Learning 2025” project, which is based on the SDGs For All concept (Sustainable Development Goals for All). The project focuses on promoting learning that has a lasting impact on both society and the environment.
During the meeting, all members had the opportunity to provide input and collaboratively define the vision, goals, and strategies for the project’s implementation. The committee will oversee and set the main direction for the project, while each member will be responsible for specific tasks, such as content development, training planning, impact assessment, and monitoring progress at each stage of the project.
The clear distribution of responsibilities ensures that the project runs efficiently, with close coordination between the committee and responsible members. This approach will help ensure the success of the “Sustainable Learning 2025” project, achieving the set goals in an effective and sustainable manner.

สภาสหพันธ์รักษาสันติภาพ (UNPKFC) นำโดย ดร.อภินิตา ไชยชนะ ประธานสภาสหพันธ์รักษาสันติภาพ (UNPKFC ) ประธานในที่ประชุม พร้อมด้วยนางสาวรังษิมา ทองพันชั่ง ผู้อำนวยการสภาสหพันธ์รักษาสันติภาพ ประจำประเทศไทย,ผู้แทนนานาชาติ, และคณะกรรมการและสมาชิก เข้าร่วมประชุม
ดร.อภินิตา ไชยชนะ ได้กระจายหน้าที่สำคัญให้กับคณะกรรมการและสมาชิกรับผิดชอบในแต่ละส่วนในการวางแผนและจัดการการดำเนินงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยเฉพาะในโครงการ “ปีแห่งการเรียนรู้ที่ยั่งยืน 2025” ซึ่งดำเนินการภายใต้คอนเซ็ปต์ SDGs For All (เป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนสำหรับทุกคน) โดยมุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ที่มีผลกระทบที่ยั่งยืนทั้งในด้านสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม
ในการประชุมครั้งนี้ สมาชิกทุกท่านมีโอกาสเสนอความคิดเห็นและร่วมกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ เป้าหมาย และกลยุทธ์ในการดำเนินงาน โดยคณะกรรมการจะทำหน้าที่ในการกำกับดูแลและกำหนดทิศทางหลักในการดำเนินโครงการ ส่วนสมาชิกรับผิดชอบในแต่ละด้านจะได้รับการมอบหมายภารกิจเฉพาะ เช่น การพัฒนาเนื้อหาการเรียนรู้ การจัดทำแผนการฝึกอบรม การประเมินผลกระทบ และการติดตามผลในแต่ละขั้นตอนของการดำเนินโครงการ
การกระจายหน้าที่ให้แต่ละฝ่ายมีความรับผิดชอบที่ชัดเจนจะช่วยให้การดำเนินงานมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด โดยการประสานงานอย่างใกล้ชิดระหว่างคณะกรรมการและสมาชิกรับผิดชอบจะทำให้โครงการ “การเรียนรู้ที่ยั่งยืน 2025” ประสบผลสำเร็จตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้อย่างมีประสิทธิผลและยั่งยืน
