On April 12, 2025, an official signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was held between Ms. Rangsima Thongpunchung, Country Director of the United Peace Keepers Federal Council (UNPKFC Thailand),
and Prof.Dr. Ng Yu Xin, Country Director of the United Peace Keepers Federal Council (UNPKFC Malaysia).
The signing was officially approved and witnessed by Dr. Aphinita Chaichana, Global President of the United Peace Keepers Federal Council (UNPKFC – Global HQ) and Global Vice President of Himalayan Space Centre (HSC )
This MoU aims to foster collaboration in education, science, technology, and innovation under the Global Space Leadership Program, based on the principle of “Space Access for All.” The initiative supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 – Quality Education.
This cooperation also symbolizes the strong and enduring relationship between Thailand and Malaysia, neighboring countries with a long-standing history of diplomacy, shared culture, and academic collaboration within the ASEAN region.
Key Objectives of this MoU include:
Joint development of international training curricula
Promoting equitable access to space science education
Empowering ASEAN youth to engage in the global arena
Advancing research, innovation, and technology partnerships
Collaborating with partners such as the Himalayan Space Centre (HSC) through the UNPKFC Global Group (UNGG)
UNPKFC remains committed to empowering youth and communities to access knowledge and innovation for sustainable development through peace and science.

พิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (MoU) ระหว่าง UNPKFC ประเทศไทย และ UNPKFC ประเทศมาเลเซีย
เมื่อวันที่ 12 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2568 ได้มีการจัดพิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (MoU) อย่างเป็นทางการระหว่าง
นางสาวรังษิมา ทองพันชั่ง ผู้อำนวยการประจำประเทศไทย สภาสหพันธ์รักษาสันติภาพ (UNPKFC Thailand)
และ ศาสตราจารย์ ดร. อึง หยู่ ซิน ผู้อำนวยการสภาสหพันธ์รักษาสันติภาพ ประจำประเทศมาเลเซีย (UNPKFC Malaysia)
การลงนามในครั้งนี้ได้รับการรับรองและเป็นสักขีพยานอย่างเป็นทางการโดย
ดร. อภินิตา ไชยชนะ ประธานระดับโลก สภาสหพันธ์รักษาสันติภาพ (UNPKFC – Global HQ)
และรองประธานระดับโลก ศูนย์อวกาศหิมาลัย (Himalayan Space Centre – HSC)
🤝 จุดมุ่งหมายของ MoU ฉบับนี้
ข้อตกลงความร่วมมือฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้าน การศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรม ภายใต้โครงการ Global Space Leadership Program ซึ่งยึดหลักการ “Space Access for All” หรือ “การเข้าถึงอวกาศอย่างเท่าเทียม”
โดยเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการสนับสนุนเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนแห่งสหประชาชาติ (UN SDGs) โดยเฉพาะ SDG 4 – การศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ
🎯 วัตถุประสงค์สำคัญของความร่วมมือนี้ ได้แก่:
- การร่วมพัฒนา หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมนานาชาติ
- การส่งเสริม การเข้าถึงการศึกษาอวกาศอย่างเท่าเทียม
- การเสริมศักยภาพ เยาวชนอาเซียน ให้ก้าวสู่เวทีโลก
- การผลักดันงาน วิจัย นวัตกรรม และความร่วมมือด้านเทคโนโลยี
- การทำงานร่วมกับพันธมิตรระดับโลก อาทิ Himalayan Space Centre (HSC) ภายใต้เครือข่าย UNPKFC Global Group (UNGG)
ความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ยังสะท้อนถึงสายสัมพันธ์อันแน่นแฟ้นระหว่าง ประเทศไทยและประเทศมาเลเซีย ซึ่งเป็นประเทศเพื่อนบ้านที่มีประวัติศาสตร์แห่งมิตรภาพ ความร่วมมือทางวัฒนธรรม และการศึกษามาอย่างยาวนานในภูมิภาคอาเซียน
UNPKFC ยังคงยึดมั่นในภารกิจในการ เสริมพลังให้กับเยาวชนและชุมชนทั่วโลก ผ่านการเข้าถึงองค์ความรู้ เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรม เพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ด้วยหลักแห่ง สันติภาพและวิทยาศาสตร์
