This award recognizes her dedication and contributions to making a positive impact on both Thailand and the world. Dr. Aphinita Chaichana is the only Thai woman to receive this esteemed award from King Charles III, which is a source of immense pride for both her and Thailand on the global stage.

The Royal Society of St. George (RSSG) was founded in 1894 and officially registered in 1963, with the mission of promoting British cultural heritage, values, and public service. The California Branch of the Royal Society of St. George was established in 2016 to support activities related to education, culture, charity, and social services. อีกทั้งในปีที่ผ่านมา ดร.อภินิตา ไชยชนะยังได้รับเกียรติอย่างยิ่งจากการได้รับรางวัล King Charles III Leadership Award ซึ่งได้รับการมอบรางวัลจากเจ้าหญิงคาเรน แคนเทรล ประธานราชสมาคมแห่งเซนต์จอร์จ และประธาน สมาคมสหประชาชาติ โคเชลล่า แวลลีย์ มลรัฐแคลิฟอร์เนีย สหรัฐอเมริกา (UNA-USA) รางวัลนี้ถือเป็นการยกย่องในความทุ่มเทและการอุทิศตัวของท่านในการสร้างความดีให้กับประเทศไทยและโลกใบนี้ ท่านยังเป็นสตรีไทยเพียงคนเดียวที่ได้รับรางวัลนี้จากพระราชา Charles III ซึ่งเป็นความภาคภูมิใจอย่างยิ่งทั้งสำหรับท่านและประเทศไทยในเวทีระดับโลก
นอกจากได้รับรางวัลอันทรงเกียรติแล้ว ดร.อภินิตา ไชยชนะยังได้รับเกียรติให้กล่าวสุนทรพจน์ต่อหน้าบุคคลสำคัญจากหลากหลายวงการ ทั้งจากราชวงศ์ นักการทูต บุคคลสำคัญในวงการฮอลลีวูด และบุคคลที่มีชื่อเสียงในด้านต่าง ๆ ในงานสำคัญนี้ การกล่าวสุนทรพจน์ในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นเกียรติยิ่งและแสดงให้เห็นถึงวิสัยทัศน์ที่เข้มแข็งในอุดมการณ์ของท่านในเวทีระดับโลก
