Forging Strategic Collaboration to Advance Educational Equity, Providing Free Access to Global Education for Thai Youth, and Strengthening Knowledge to Address Climate Change
Pilot Project to Launch in Din Daeng District in 2026
Dr. Aphinita Chaichana,
Global President of the United Peace Keepers Federal Council (UNPKFC);
Regional Global Chairperson for Southeast Asia, United Nations Association – Coachella Valley, California Chapter, USA (UNA-USA);
and President of the World Book of Records London, Thailand Chapter (WRB Thailand Chapter),
paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Thawat Sinphan, Deputy Governor of the National Housing Authority of Thailand, together with the executive team and staff, at the National Housing Authority Headquarters.
The purpose of the visit was to discuss strategic avenues for collaboration in advancing educational equity and fostering the sustainable development of youth potential, with a particular focus on expanding access to quality education across all regions of the country. Special emphasis was placed on children and youth from vulnerable, underprivileged, and underserved communities, enabling them to access education that meets international standards and equips them with essential skills for the modern world.
Over the past three years, the United Peace Keepers Federal Council (UNPKFC) has continuously implemented educational and youth development initiatives nationwide, successfully expanding opportunities and positively impacting more than 30,000 children and young people across Thailand. This reflects the organization’s strong readiness, experience, and capacity to drive initiatives at both national and international levels.
The discussions also underscored the importance of leveraging Global Platforms to prepare Thai youth for the international stage by providing free access to world-class education. These initiatives encompass space science and technology programs from NASA, global leadership development courses, Model United Nations (MUN) programs, as well as experiential learning beyond traditional textbooks. Such programs aim to strengthen critical thinking, communication skills, cross-cultural collaboration, and global citizenship.
Dr. Aphinita Chaichana highlighted the realities of today’s global landscape, noting that pressing global challenges—particularly climate change—are increasingly affecting quality of life, security, and sustainable development worldwide. Future-oriented education, she emphasized, must prepare young people with comprehensive knowledge, adaptive skills, and global perspectives to effectively respond to these challenges.
“Global education should not be a privilege reserved for a few; it must be an opportunity accessible to all youth without discrimination. Knowledge must be equally accessible, because the world can only become better when young people are equipped with knowledge, skills, and a strong sense of responsibility to develop themselves and contribute to sustainable global development.”

President, United Peace Keepers Federal Council (UNPKFC)
In this regard, the United Peace Keepers Federal Council (UNPKFC) is well-positioned to mobilize renowned global experts and speakers from diverse fields, including education, science, technology, humanitarian affairs, environmental sustainability, leadership, and sustainable development. These experts will contribute to knowledge sharing and jointly advance the capacity building of Thai youth to keep pace with rapid global change.
At the operational level, both parties agreed to launch a pilot project in Din Daeng District, Bangkok, in 2026, with plans to scale the initiative nationwide. The project is envisioned as a model for promoting equitable access to quality education and tangible youth development, bridging local communities with the global arena.
The meeting was conducted in a warm and constructive atmosphere, reflecting a shared commitment to building an inclusive education system, reducing inequality, and preparing Thai youth to confidently engage on the global stage.
The visit marks an auspicious beginning toward concrete collaboration that is expected to generate meaningful and long-term benefits for Thai youth and society.
In addition to policy-level discussions on education and youth development, the agenda also addressed community well-being and public health promotion. The United Peace Keepers Federal Council (UNPKFC) is preparing to donate 40 stretching and exercise machines for shared community use by youth, the general public, and senior citizens, along with 2,000 bottles of drinking water for participants in physical activity programs.
This initiative aims to encourage youth to engage in constructive activities, stay away from drugs and risky behaviors, while also supporting people of all ages—especially senior citizens—in maintaining physical mobility, flexibility, and overall health. Such efforts represent a vital foundation for enhancing quality of life and strengthening resilient, healthy communities.
The donation of exercise equipment and drinking water is currently in preparation and is scheduled to be officially delivered in the near future.
