Oman — The United Peace Keepers Federal Council (UNPKFC) proudly announced that its Global President, Dr. Aphinita Chaichana, participated as a Guest of Honour at the IISA 2026 – 5th Edition International Conference, held on 12 February 2026 at the Sheraton Oman Hotel.
The conference was organized by the International Institute for Inspiring Advancement (IISA) under the leadership of Dr. Shama Hussain, Founder and CEO of the organization. The event brought together distinguished leaders, policymakers, innovators, and representatives from government institutions, the private sector, and international business communities. Held under the theme “Oman Vision 2040 – Global Partnerships Beyond Borders, Trade, Talent & Technology,” the conference highlighted the importance of international cooperation and strategic partnerships in shaping a sustainable global future.
During the opening ceremony, Dr. Aphinita Chaichana had the honour of jointly inaugurating the conference alongside the Ambassador of India to Oman, together with distinguished representatives from government agencies, private enterprises, and international organizations. The ceremony symbolized a strong commitment among global leaders to advancing collaboration and partnership across borders.
During the conference, Dr. Aphinita Chaichana delivered a special address emphasizing the importance of international cooperation, leadership development, and cross-sector engagement in strengthening global partnerships and creating meaningful opportunities for future generations.
In recognition of her outstanding international leadership and global contributions, Dr. Aphinita Chaichana was presented with the Transformational Leadership Award and was also honoured with the distinguished recognition of Global Peace Icon. These recognitions highlight her impactful role in advancing empowerment initiatives, cultivating emerging global leaders, and promoting peace-oriented leadership at the international level, with contributions that have created meaningful and lasting impact across borders.
On this occasion, the United Peace Keepers Federal Council (UNPKFC) also extended its congratulations to Dr. Aphinita Chaichana for her achievements, reflecting a shared commitment to collaborative leadership and international engagement.
