The visit took place during the 9th Graduation Ceremony of the International Migrants School Europe, held at the Crowne Plaza Rome – St. Peter’s, where Dr. Aphinita Chaichana was honored as the Guest of Honor and received a Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of her outstanding contributions to international education, humanitarian leadership, youth empowerment, and the promotion of global peace.
This prestigious occasion marked the beginning of a meaningful Strategic Partnership between UNPKFC and International Migrants School Europe, under the visionary leadership of Dott.ssa Milagros R. Nabur, School Directress. 2. Establishing a Regional Leadership Structure
Developing a dedicated framework of leaders, advisors, coordinators, and youth representatives to support UNPKFC programs and initiatives throughout Europe.

One of the most memorable and inspiring moments of the ceremony was the collective performance of the Official UNPKFC Anthem by the newly appointed Young Peace Ambassadors.
