The United Peace Keepers Federal Council (UNPKFC) proudly announces that its Global President, Dr. Aphinita Chaikhana, was officially recognized as the Guest of Honor and a distinguished award recipient during the prestigious 9th Commencement Exercises hosted by the International Migrants School Europe (IMSE).
The international ceremony was held on June 27–28, 2026, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Rome, Italy, under the theme “Filipino and Foreign Graduates: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character.” The event celebrated the successful completion of educational programs by migrant and international students while recognizing their academic achievements, perseverance, and commitment to lifelong learning.
During the ceremony, Dr. Aphinita Chaikhana delivered an inspiring Keynote Address and the formal Charge to the Graduates, encouraging the graduating students to become compassionate, ethical, and responsible leaders who contribute positively to society. She was also honored to join the Academic Platform Party and personally present diplomas and certificates to the graduates, sharing in one of the most memorable milestones of their educational journey.
Further highlighting the significance of the occasion, the International Migrants School Europe is led by Dott.ssa Milagros R. Nabur, who has also been officially appointed as the UNPKFC Country Director for Rome, Italy.
